Massage Therapist (Part-Time) - Essendon, VIC

Northwest Physiotherapy Group in Essendon have an exciting opportunity for a massage therapist to join our team.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly therapist who is able to fit well into our team of Physios and one other part time massage therapist. We need a self starter who can build client numbers through referrals and word of mouth and is motivated to work within a team framework. We have a strong team culture and are able to provide support to build your client list through inhouse referrals.

You will be taking over an existing case load of clients that can be built through referrals and other marketing initiatives.

This is a part time position, starting at approx 16 hrs/week with the potential to increase hours. Great working conditions and incentives paid on top of an above award hourly rate.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) categorizes individuals into 16 personality types based on four dichotomies: introversion vs. extraversion, sensing vs. intuition, thinking vs. feeling, and judging vs. perceiving. However, many skeptics argue that the MBTI lacks scientific validity and reliability, suggesting that its results are often influenced by the Barnum effect, where vague descriptions are perceived as personally relevant.
